Industry & Inclusion: Community Colleges Collaborate to Advance Racial Equity in Manufacturing
The Urban Manufacturing Alliance and The Century Foundation are pleased to announce the continuation of the Industry and Inclusion Collaborative. Through Industry & Inclusion 2.0, The Century Foundation and the Urban Manufacturing Alliance will convene twelve community colleges and a national advisory board committed to transforming the racial landscape in manufacturing. Through a guided learning cohort, they will devise solutions to bolster the nation’s manufacturing sector, develop credential-based training programs to create a more racially inclusive future for manufacturing, and deepen relationships between employers and communities.
